Privacy Policy

1. Browsing and search

Search, filters and pagination run in your browser. Site code does not send search terms or filter selections to a server or analytics service.

Catalog images, styles and scripts are served with the site. This version does not embed videos, social widgets or remote third-party fonts.

2. Theme preference and cookies

The site stores only your light or dark theme preference in browser local storage under allrecomps-theme. This value does not identify you and is not transmitted by site code. It remains until you clear site data or replace the preference.

You can remove this value through browser settings. If storage is blocked, the site still works but may not remember your choice between visits.

This version’s code does not install advertising cookies, trackers or analytics. Hosting infrastructure must be checked at launch so any additional security or measurement practices can be described here.

3. Technical hosting data

Internet access involves infrastructure receiving connection data such as IP address, date and time, requested page and browser details. Providers may log this information for delivery, abuse prevention, troubleshooting and security.

The production hosting provider, any CDN services, processing locations and retention periods have not yet been selected for this preparation version. They must be verified and documented before publication; we do not claim that browsing is anonymous or free of logs.

4. Contact messages

If you contact us by email once the channel is configured, your reply address, message and voluntarily provided details will be processed to assess and respond to the request or meet relevant legal obligations.

Send only necessary information. For rights requests, identify the work, page and your relationship to the material; do not send identity documents, passwords or game files unnecessarily.

The email channel and provider still need to be selected for publication. This version has no proprietary contact form, newsletter or marketing list.

5. External services and sharing

When you open a GitHub or other external link, that service processes the visit under its own policy. AllRecomps does not control those practices. External links are configured not to disclose the originating page through the referrer header.

This version’s code does not sell data or integrate advertising. Hosting and email providers may process technical data or messages necessary to operate the service. Valid legal requests may require processing or disclosure under applicable law.

6. Retention and security

The theme preference stays only in your browser. Hosting logs and message retention periods must be set according to providers and purpose, avoiding unnecessary storage and respecting legal obligations.

The site does not request passwords or documents to browse the library. Before launch, the operator must configure HTTPS, restrict administrative access and confirm provider practices. No security measure eliminates every risk.

7. Your rights and requests

Where applicable, including under Brazil’s LGPD, you may request confirmation and access to personal data, correction, information about sharing, deletion of eligible data and other statutory rights. Requests depend on whether we control relevant data and on legal retention requirements.

Use the channel shown on Contact for privacy requests. The operator’s identity and contact details must be provided before public launch. You can delete the theme preference directly by clearing browser site data.

8. Policy updates

New features such as analytics, accounts, advertising or forms require updates to this policy and assessment of necessary notices, legal bases and privacy choices before activation. The date at the top identifies the latest revision.
